Terms of Service

Looky Collectibles operates promotional daily card giveaways and related community features (including comments, profiles, and optional photo sharing). Card imagery on the site may be illustrative; the item you receive may differ from photos where we use stock or reference images — see disclaimers on card pages.

Features may include free entries, optional premium paid entries for certain drops, mystery previews before reveal, a community gallery, support tickets, and trainer updates by email if you subscribe.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
• We may enforce one entry per person (or per household where stated in-app or in communications) for fairness. Duplicate or abusive accounts may be removed or disqualified.
• If invite-only registration is enabled, you must have a valid invite code to sign up.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for legal or operational reasons.

• Random selection. Winner(s) are chosen at random from the eligible entry pool using industry-standard cryptographic randomness. Banned accounts and site staff accounts are not eligible; premium draws only include paid, confirmed entries where the app requires it. For a single-winner draw, completed results may show how many eligible entries were in the pool when the winner was picked. For draws with multiple identical prizes, each selection is from the pool that remains after earlier winners of that same competition are excluded, and transparency information may be shown per selection where the Service records it.
• Multi-winner competitions. Where a competition offers more than one identical prize, the Service states how many prizes (winner slots) are available. Winners are selected one at a time; after each selection, that entrant is removed from the pool for further selections on the same competition. You may only win one prize slot per such competition. Each winner completes their own required steps (including postage or collection where applicable) for the prize allocated to them; fulfilling one slot does not cover prizes for anyone else.
• Draws are run according to rules shown on each card and in admin workflows. We may use manual or automated winner selection as implemented in the Service.
• Winners must complete any required steps in time (for example confirming address or paying postage where applicable). Failure to do so may result in forfeiture or re-draw as described in-app.
• Unclaimed win strikes. When you enter a draw and are selected for a prize slot, that slot is allocated to you — which means other entrants cannot win that particular prize for that competition. On multi-winner competitions, other prize slots may still be awarded separately. We expect winners to follow through in good faith. You must complete required steps within the claim window shown in the Service (including confirming your shipping address within 7 days of selection, unless we state a different period for a particular draw). If you do not complete those steps in time and your win is voided, your claim for that slot is closed without being completed, or that slot is re-drawn to another entrant because you did not claim in time, that opportunity was taken away from everyone else while it was reserved for you, so we record one unclaimed strike on your account.
• Entry restrictions. To keep daily draws fair for the community, if you accumulate 3 unclaimed strikes, you will not be able to enter new draws until we have reviewed your account (for example after you contact support through the Service). We may reset strikes where we consider it fair to do so, including where we acknowledge an error on our side.
• We may void or re-roll a win in cases of error, fraud, payment failure, or breach of these Terms.

Paid entries or postage fees may be collected via GoCardless (bank payment flows as presented in the app). You authorise charges you confirm in the payment flow. Fees, refunds, and disputes are handled according to these Terms, the payment provider’s rules, and UK consumer law where it applies.

Prices and shipping fees are shown before you confirm payment where the app collects payment.

Winners are responsible for providing a correct delivery address (or collection details where offered). Where a competition has multiple winners, each winner's fulfilment is handled separately for their prize. Risk and title to physical cards pass according to our operational process and carrier terms. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by carriers once handed over, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.

You retain rights to content you post (e.g. comments, photos). You grant us a licence to host, display, and moderate that content in connection with the Service. You must not post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict features at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Circumvent entry limits, automate abuse, or manipulate giveaways;
• Harass others, post hate speech, or break applicable law;
• Attempt to access non-public systems, scrape the Service in breach of our rules, or interfere with security;
• Misrepresent affiliation with Looky Collectibles.

The Service, branding, and original content are owned by Looky Collectibles or its licensors. Pokémon and related trademarks are property of their respective owners; Looky Collectibles is not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Game Freak. Card images may be sourced from catalogues or uploads under applicable licences or fair use as appropriate.

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Looky Collectibles’ total liability arising from the Service (other than non-excludable liability) is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim for the specific transaction giving rise to liability, or (b) fifty pounds (£50) if no such payment applies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Looky Collectibles from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your user content, to the extent permitted by law.

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and may close your account where the app allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
